SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
Make sure you create an account (by clicking on the "Log in" button above) so you can reschedule & view your appointment(s) at your convenience. Once your account is made, select your desired service(s) along with a date and time. All services are à la carte, unless otherwise noted. It's extremely important that you add any additional services to your appointment so it blocks off the correct time slots. [FYI: Your appointment will be rescheduled if you come in trying to add a service the day of your appointment.] Upon booking completion, a confirmation email will be sent to you with all your booking details for future reference.
A Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable $20 deposit fee is required to book your appointment and reserve your spot. This deposit is a booking fee which goes towards the total of your service.
Due to the severity of scammers, there is a strict, CASH ONLY policy, for the remaining balance of your service. The only time a credit card shall be used is when you're paying your $20 deposit fee online. If you do not have remaining balance in cash prior to service starting, your appointment will be cancelled as you will not be able to leave afterwards to retrieve funds needed.
To cancel your appointment, contact your stylist via text message or login to your account for self-servicing. You must cancel no less than 24 hours before your appointment date/time. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours of your service, you will be considered as a "no call, no show, no future appointments." If rescheduling, you must select a new date no more than 7 days from your original date/time.
Please arrive on time as there is a late fee charge penalty. Swank'd Tresses Salon will be open 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you are 15 minutes late, it's $20 late fee charge. If you are 30 minutes late, it's an automatic cancellation.
No additional guest allowed, this also includes kids. Failure to comply with this policy will result in your guest having to leave and wait for you elsewhere until your service is over.
Before remaining balance is paid to stylist, both you and the stylist will ensure complete satisfaction and/or make the necessary adjustments needed before leaving chair. Once your service is completed and payment is received, there are NO REFUNDS on any services as all sales are final.
If you need a last minute, emergency appointment within less than 48 hours on any booked days or blocked off days (Sunday & Monday), contact your stylist via text message (407)738-6401. Must include Full Name, Email Address, Date/Time and Desired Service(s). There will be an additional $100 added to your total for this type of appointment.
